Judy Wilcox of the Winner American Legion Auxiliary has painted five spools in a patriotic theme. She is painting one of spools which serves as a table in the concession area of the Tripp County rodeo grounds. There are three spools at the rodeo grounds and two in the beef barn. The spools were donated to the Legion auxiliary by Golden West. Wilcox says this will be an Americanism project.
