A cake decorating contest was held to honor Dan Bechtold’s 50 years at the Winner Advocate. The Colome school had he winning cake and it was decorated by Julie Rohde and Bobbi Viedt. Along with cake came a Colome football helmet with a congratulations message. Pictured are Bechtold, left and Mike Scott, executive director of the Winner Area Chamber of Commerce. There were 10 cakes entered in the contest.
