Northern Plains Construction of Winner works on laying pipe on the west end of Winner as Phase III of the Highway 18 reconstruction project has begun. Traffic is now reduced to one lane from Van Buren Street to the bridge west of Winner. The public is asked to drive with care in the construction zone. Reede Construction of Aberdeen is the prime contractor.
