The 3rd annual Billy Bolander Memorial fishing tournament was held on April 29th at Roosevelt Lake with twelve teams competeing. The boats were launched and after a minute of silence for Ol’ Bill the tournament began at 7 AM and ended at 2 PM. Bryce Hauf and Mark Rohde took first place with 11 pounds 11 ounces, Shane Stiehl and Eric Storms took second place with 9 pounds 4 ounces and Jim Williams and Harlan Folkers took third place with 8 pounds 9 ounces. Stiehl and Storms also won big bass and the odd fish categories.
