The South Dakota Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) announced that the city of Winner public water system and the system’s operation specialists have been awarded a drinking water certificate of achievement award.
The system specialists are Danny Ayers, Calvin Cerv, Mark Leibrich, Josh Anderson, Mike Brown and Lynn Tilton.
