Winner High School boys basketball team closed out the regular season with a 66-52 victory over Crow Creek on Monday, Feb. 22. The Warriors go into the regional tournament with a 15-5 record. They tied for the Big Dakota Conference Championship. The Warriors tied with Cheyenne-Eagle Butte and Chamberlain.
In last Monday’s game, Leiferman led the team with 26 points followed by Terkildsen with 15, Cameron Kuil, 10 and Krockett Krolikowski, 5.
Kuil pulled down 12 of Winner’s 43 rebounds. Leiferman grabbed 11 and Krolikowski, 9. Drew DeMers had 6 assists and Terkildsen, 5.
