The Winner Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting Monday morning at the new Taco Johns in Winner. R. F. Buche, owner, cuts the ribbon surrounded by Taco John’s, Buche Co. and Winner Chamber members. Taco John’s is located in the parking lot of Buche’s Ace Hardware.
