Richard Bertram, 73 of Winner, SD passed away on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at the Dougherty Hospice House in Sioux Falls, SD.
A Celebration of Life and luncheon will be held on Saturday, Aug. 7, 2021 at the Colome American Legion in Colome, SD. The family will begin meeting people at 11:30 a.m. with food and fellowship to follow.
