The public is invited to an open house to greet Judge Bobbi (Benson) Rank on Nov. 21 from 1-3 p.m. in the courtroom of the Tripp County Courthouse.
The swearing in ceremony for Judge Rank will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 18, at the visitor center in Pierre.
