Colome boys basketball team ended the season on a high note as they defeated Tripp-Delmont/Armour 66-43 on Feb. 26. This was the final regular season game before the start of district tournament competition.
Tripp-Delmont/Armour led 22-19 at the end of the first quarter but a strong second quarter for the Cowboys held their opponents to five points.
Holden Thieman scored 17 points, Reed Harter, 13 and Jackson Kinzer, 9.
“A win is always a good way to finish the regular season but I think we know that we will need to shoot the ball better if we want to have success in the postseason,” said coach Drew Weber.
