Winner volleyball team defeated Todd County in 3 sets 25-12, 25-7, 25-13.
Morgan Hammerbeck and Alexis Richey were 100 percent in serving. Richey had 4 ace serves and Hammerbeck and Abby Marts, 3 each.
Addy Root had 15 kills, Hammerbeck had 13 kills, Abby Marts, 6 kills and Mackenzie Levi with 4 kills.
Richey was 71 percent in serve receive.
Root had 13 digs, Richey and Daesha Klein, 10 each.
Abby Marts had 1 block assist and JaiWanda Roubideaux, 1 block assist.
As a team, Winner was 95 percent serving with 13 ace serves, 24 kills, 23 set assists, 65 percent serve receive, 45 digs and 1 block.
“We came out and played three consistent games,” said coach Jaime Keiser. “We played aggressive and did a great job of attacking the ball and finding the holes. We kept Todd County out of system and chasing the ball all over the place. We played together as a team and were having fun,” said Keiser.
The next action for the Lady Warriors will be Oct. 5 when host White River. On Oct. 7, Winner will be at Chester Area as they take on Elkton-Lake Benton at 11 a.m. and Oct. 10 will host Chamberlain.
