The 75th anniversary of the Winner VFW post was honored in a ceremony on Dec. 8.
The post was chartered in 1945. State commander Cody Mangold of the Yankton
post, left, makes the presentation to Winner commander Jerry Heggestad. The
first commander was Rollie Farner, 1945-46.
