Winner football team ran the opening kickoff back for a touchdown and never looked back as the Warriors defeated Cheyenne-Eagle Butte 52-0 Friday. The game ended at the half due to the mercy rule.
This was the second shut out of the young season for the Warriors who are rated No. 1 in the Class 11B poll.
The Warriors will have their home opener on Friday, Sept. 9, when they host Wagner. The game will start at 7 p.m. at Warrior Field.
