Reed Harter scored 32 points to lead the Colome Cowboys to a 69-48 victory over Lyman on Jan. 5.
“It was a nice win against a quality opponent, especially when we didn’t necessarily play our best,” said coach Drew Weber.
Holden Thieman added 14 points and Jackson Kinzer, 11. Thieman pulled down 13 of Colome’s 34 rebounds. Harter grabbed 6 rebounds.
“We didn’t shoot overly well and turned the ball over more than usual but we were able to grind out a pretty nice win,” said Weber. “I was especially pleased with the way the bench came in and contributed in all facets of the game. If we can keep getting solid production out of them we will be able to continue having success,” said the coach.
With the victory, Colome improved to 4-2.
