Golfers Place 3rd at Big Dakota

Winner High School boys golf team placed third at the Big Dakota Conference golf tournament in Pierre on Thursday.  Chamberlain won the team title.

Sam Hossle led the Warriors as he took fifth place. Hossle shot an 83.  Also golfing for Winner were Luke Engel, 94; Duncan English, 108 and Matt Hartley, 112.

The Winner golfers will compete in the pre-regional Sept. 21 in Pierre.

Winner High School boys golf team took fourth place at the Chamberlain Invitational. Chamberlain won the team title.

Sam Hossle was the top golfer for Winner as he took 11th place with a 90.   Also golfing for Winner were Luke Engel, 100;  Duncan English, 120 and Matt Hartley, 130.
