Four participants in Tripp County Shooting Sports have qualified for the national championships. The qualifiers are Tane Pravecek, Wade McClanahan, Cody Amidon and Luke Hennebold. The national championship will be in Grand Island, Neb., June 26-30.
Hennebold qualified last fall at the state shotgun match in Mitchell. Pravecek, Amidon and McClanahan qualified at the spring match in Ft. Pierre on April 28-30.
Hennebold competes in shotgun, sporting clays, skeet, trap; Pravecek competes in 22 pistol, slow fire bullseye, silhouette and camp perry round; Amidon competes in 22 rifle: silhouette, CMP and 3 position and McClanahan competes in air pistol: single shot, rapid fire, silhouette and slow fire—bullseye.
