Bert Davis and his muttley crew of dogs will entertain the crowds all three nights at the Winner Elks Rodeo. Davis, who is from California, is known as the Coopertown Clown. The rodeo will held July 21, 22 and 23 at the Tripp County Fairgrounds. The rodeo will start each night at 7:30 p.m.
