Dan and Colleen Patmore of Winner True Value close out the Winner Salvation Army unit bell ringer campaign with a donation. Dan and Colleen have volunteered many hours over the years to the annual bell ringing to help raise funds for the Winner Salvation Army unit. The annual bell ringing and kettle campaign is the only fundraiser for the Salvation Army Winner unit and helps Tripp County families with emergency needs.
