A chip seal project in Tripp County is expected to start on Sept. 2. The project will be on Highway 49 from Hamill north to the junction of Highway 47 and from Iona to the junction of Highway 49.
Hills Material of Rapid City is the general contractor. Plans call for the project to be completed in a week.
