Winner High School girls basketball team opened the season with a 60-46 victory over Wagner on Friday.
The Lady Warriors had a big second quarter as they outscored the Red Raiders 21-6.
Winner shot 46 percent from the field and 71 percent from the free throw line.
The next action for Winner will be Thursday night when they host Burke/South Central.
