Vincent Earl Zutz, age 90, of Winner, passed away on February 17, 2015 at the Winner Long Term Care Facility. Funeral service were held at 10 a.m. Monday, February 23, 2015 at the Union Baptist Church in Burke, SD. Burial followed at Graceland Cemetery.
