Winner School Board Monday night agreed to enter into contract negotiations with the architectural firm Upper Deck of Rapid City to design an auxiliary gym.
On May 6, a school committee interviewed three architectural firms. Supt. Bruce Carrier recommended the board approve Upper Deck.
