Hughes Awarded scholarship

Arthur Hughes of Winner will receive the Barry and Marilyn Grossenburg Scholarship from South Dakota State University.
Hughes, a freshman, is the son of Jon and Susan Hughes. In high school, Hughes was a FFA member.
