Much needed rain fell in Tripp County Friday and Saturday.
The Winner area received 4.1 inches of moisture.
There were reports east of Winner of 4.8 inches and south of Winner there were reports of 3.70 inches.
The rain was welcome news to farmers who have seen the area suffering from a drought.
More rain was predicted for the area.
