Colome Boys Win Medley Relay

The Colome boys track team won the medley relay at last Tuesday’s Gregory Invitational.

The team crossed the finish line in 4:05.8. Runners were Chase Hrabanek, Cole McCarty, Jackson Kinzer and Reed Harter.

As a team, the Colome boys placed 9^th.

Triple jump—Kinzer, 3^rd, 36-11.5

The Colome girls track team took seventh place.

3200 run—Jaclyn Laprath, 4^th, 13:35.3

100 hurdles—Emmalie Duley, 6^th, :21.4

300 hurdles—Morgan Hofeldt, 2^nd, :55.7

4×400 relay—6^th, 4:59.7, Lauren Week, Mariah Kinzer, Jaclyn Laprath and Taylor Hrabanek

4×800 relay—4^th, 11:41.2, Lauren Week, Jaclyn Laprath, Taylor Hrabanek and Callie Heath

Long jump—Callie Heath, 5^th, 14-2.5; Taylor Hrabanek, 6^th ,  14-0

Triple jump—Week, 4^th, 28-5.5

Shot put—Colby Taggart, 5^th, 32-3

The next meet for Colome will be held at the SCC meet in Platte on April 7.
